EDT HELP

Qualifiers:

Purpose:

Displays the maintenance commands that are provided for embedded digital trunks (PRI, BRI, QSIG, and T1/D4).

All commands begin with EDT followed by either < HELP, SHOW, TRACE, ENABLE, DISABLE, DELETE >

Terminate the following commands with either <ALL, BRI, PRI, T1D4>
SHOW FRAMER STATS  - display framers statistic
SHOW FRAMER CONFIG - display framers configuration
SHOW FRAMER REGS   - display framers registers
SHOW LINK CONFIG   - display link configuration
SHOW LINK STATUS   - link status

Terminate the following commands with <CABINET> <SHELF> <SLOT> <PORT>
SHOW VDSU ALARMS   - display alarms
SHOW VDSU STATS    - display statistic
SHOW VDSU CHANNELS - display channels

The following message trace commands are terminated with <CABINET> <SHELF> <SLOT> <PORT>

TRACE TSP  L2L3    - toggle SP Stack layer 2/3 CC verbose msg trace
TRACE TSP  CC      - toggle SP Call Control verbose msg trace
TRACE TSP   MTCE    - toggle SP Maintenance verbose msg trace
TRACE TSP   SRVC    - toggle SP Service verbose msg trace
TRACE VDSU UAPI    - toggle UAPI message tracing
TRACE VDSU VB      - toggle Verbose messaging
TRACE VDSU CP      - toggle Call Processing message tracing
TRACE VDSU NAMNUM  - toggle Name Number message tracing

ENABLE LOGTOFILE   - start logging traces to file on the hard drive
DISABLE LOGTOFILE  - stops logging the traces to a file on the hard drive

ENABLE DBFLAGS     - obtain ALL debug flag settings stored on the hard drive
DISABLE DBFLAGS    - set all debug flags to default setting i.e. false
DELETE DBFILES     - delete the contents of ALL debug files, default system startup

The following commands do not require any additional arguments
SHOW VDSU TABLE   - list all the VDSUs on the system
SHOW LINK INFO    - link information, i.e. digital trunking type
